There is always room for improvement. Specially in A&E department the staff there were not { } this hospital. But the MRU was a pleasant { } the staff was friendly, polite and specially cosmos long, Geff { } very first duty nurse all were very polite.
Suggested improvements
The waiting time in UTC and better seating arrangement when patients are waiting there. I stood for almost two hours and my condition got work friendly when I was moved in. The A&E night nurses needs to be more considerate. I staned to death their as they did give me and when 2 keep asking rest was all good.

Review of Children & Young People’s Assessment Unit (CYPAU)

Our son has been admitted a number of times.
The staff have been great- especially our son’s nurse called ‘G’. They discuss treatment with us, ask if we need anything etc. The staff who play with Jackson also gave me a few moments break.
Suggested improvements
Highchairs for meal times would be very handy, as it is very difficult to feed mobile babies- food goes everywhere and they are distracted.
